In 2017 Wendy attended a week-long course on Snake Stone farm in Sweden to become a Fire Walking Instructor.
She then worked in Latvia teaching Fire Walking and doing Corporate training.
In 2018 Wendy was asked to train staff at one of the largest companies in the Netherlands. She trained two hundred and forty people in "The Ice Man Method" of breathing, focus and cold exposure. This was held in Palermo in Sicily.
In November 2019 Wendy attended a week long course with Dr Joe Dispenza learning Quantum Physics Meditation principals to enhance the placebo effect of healing.
All of these physical and mind altering experiences have allowed Wendy to understand how to make her mind quiet. She now understands how to support others to do the same.
In January 2020 Wendy was in Ethiopia where she was asked to volunteer to treat desperately poor people in Addis Ababa.
This was an enlightening experience, where she used her own extensive experience, "The Ice Man" breathing, plus the "Placebo" mindfulness for the people whom she treated. The results of this approach were instant and profound. This happily amazed all the people involved including Wendy.
She has now introduced this approach in all areas of her work.
Wendy enjoys supporting complex cases where the client has tried everything and had poor results. She loves to inspire people to persist and change their lifestyle so that permanent change is possible.
In her spare time Wendy has adventures in the outback and around the world, builds things, does art, running, circus training, hydrofoil windsurfing and reads books.
